- 8’ back drape
- 3’ side rails
- 10’ x 10’ standard carpet
- 6’ draped table
- 2 standard chairs
- Wastebasket
- 7” x 44” company ID sign
- Install/dismantle

- $500 for a 10' x 10' booth
General Guidelines for Nonprofits at AES 2024
Guidelines for nonprofits participating in AES 2024 can be found HERE. All participating organizations must adhere to all AES rules and regulations. Epilepsy Resource Area Exhibitors should review the AES Exhibitor Website.
Epilepsy Resource Area Booth Assignment
AES will notify the primary contact listed above of the outcome of this request within 5 business days. Approved requestors will receive an invoice, a confirmed booth number, and additional exhibiting details when they are approved.
Epilepsy Resouce Area Booth Cancellation Policy
If AES receives a written request for cancellation :
- On or before May 23, 2024, the exhibitor will be liable for 25% of the entire booth fee of the space originally contracted
- Between May 24, 2024 and August 22, 2024, the exhibitor will be liable for 50% of the entire booth fee of the space originally contracted
- After August 22, 2024, exhibitors are liable for 100% of the entire booth fee of the space originally contracted
Cancellations must be received in writing by Angel Law. If your booth is unpaid at the time of cancellation, you will still owe AES the amount reflected in your signed request, less the refundable amount per this policy.
